Order Cancellation

Orders will be automatically cancelled without payment within 7 days.

How to cancel an order that has been paid?
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements. The materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun.So you might be charged for cancellation.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a 90% refund.
Orders cancelled over 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a 60% refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Note.For rush orders like dresses to be delivered within 7 days, the cancellation might charged more than usual as the rush order process much faster.



Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to return the item.Over due claim for return will not be accepted.
Our service team will send you an email to confirm all the order information with you within 1 working day after we get your payment. Please pay attention to check your email to confirm order information. As your dress would enter into process once the email sent out. We will process the order 100% conform to the information in your order,if there is any size, color or other mistakes made on our side, you can get all your money back or require us to resend you the right item free.

For stock items (style from our site in the picture color, standard size),you can return the item for any reason within 2 days after delivery. Double shipping cost on your expense.

Items you can not return
1.Size issue. If you choose the standard size dress, after you received your item, you find it is not right size for you; we are not responsible for that. So, please make sure you select the right size when you order. You can find a professional tailor to measure you and keep fit.

We are happy to alter the dress for you free if you are willing to ship the dress back.
We can send you the right size dress at discount price like half if you are happy with our dresses. We want you to be happy!

2. Color issue. Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different computers setting and weather conditions. This doesn’t mean the item is defective or miss-shipped. This problem can not be treated as quality problem.
3. Personal reasons. For most dresses, we do not accept return for personal reasons.
